Production Management

We have developed our own specialized proprietary software called OMS (Order Management System) which controls all aspects of project management and quality documentation including order placement, material traceability, drawing production, drawing standards and revisions, work orders, labor tracking, shipments, and billing.  We maintain several databases of drawing standards and revisions for specific clients to enhance our customer service.

Traceability

Any material used in the production of our supports is 100% traceable.  All steel received at our plant must have its accompanying Material Test Report and appropriate documentation.  Our quality system ensures proper identification throughout all aspects of handling, production, and shipping.
